Yoga is an ancient tradition from which many modern interpretations and styles have emerged. It´s a full body mind experience which allows you to access a state of peace and balance. You can truly see yoga as a gift that connects body and mind, relieves muscular or mental tension, awakens energies and creates more focus and awareness in everyday life.

No matter where you are in life, yoga offers a non religious path, which will enrich you with its traditional knowledge.

All my classes offer traditional Yoga elements like pranayama, asanas and meditation and end with a guided relaxation. I encourage my students to move at their own pace, so they become internelly aware of their sensations. By incorporating a sense of playfullness, you can fully enjoy the flow and energy of each Yoga class.
