Als eine griechisch deutsche Seele mit großem Abenteuergeist, beruhte meine Identität nie auf einer Sache. Ich bin Fotografin, Yogalehrerin, Wasserfrau, Keramikerin, Surferin, Schriftstellerin, Mutter, Tochter, Schwester, Freundin und Naturliebhaberin. Wir sind das, wofür wir leben und das ist die Botschaft, die ich durch meine Arbeit teilen möchte.

Ich sehe das Leben als ein Wechselspiel zwischen Geben und Nehmen von Inspiration und Liebe. Meine Kakaozeremonien, Kurse und Blessings basieren auf Wissen, Erfahrung und meinem Einfühlungsvermögen für meine Umgebung. Als qualifiziertes Mitglied von Yoga Alliance erhielt ich meine 550h YTT Lehrzertifizierung in Indien, Costa Rica und Deutschland. Während meiner Reisen durch Afrika und Südamerika habe ich vielseitige Erfahrung in Yoga, ganzheitlichen Heilungsritualen und Bewegung sammeln können. Es erfüllt mich heute mit Dankbarkeit, meine Liebe zur Bewegung und Kunst teilen zu dürfen. Mein Zuhause ist Stuttgart aber mein Herz schlägt auf der ganzen Welt.Mit diesem Hintergrund bietet Mãe Cacao Kurse und Kakaozeremonien auch außerhalb Stuttgarts an.
